Terms of Service
The short, honest rules for using this site and working with me.
Last updated: October 2026
What this site is
raselhossain.dev is the personal portfolio and blog of Rasel Hossain, Full Stack Developer and AI Automation Engineer based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. It presents services, selected projects, articles and contact information. Browsing the content is free and requires no account.
Services and enquiries
Project descriptions, pricing starting points and timelines are illustrative and not binding offers. Every engagement starts with a free discovery call followed by a written proposal with firm scope, price and milestones. Work begins only after that proposal is accepted. Nothing on this site creates a client relationship by itself.
Content ownership
Articles, case-study text, images and design on this site are original work by Rasel Hossain unless credited otherwise. You may share links and quote short passages with attribution. Republishing full articles, copying project case studies as your own, or scraping the site at abusive rates is not permitted.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the contact form, newsletter signup or any interactive feature — no spam, no automated bulk submissions, no attempts to disrupt the site or access non-public areas. Abusive messages and submissions are discarded without reply.
Advertising disclosure
This site displays advertising served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to this site and other sites on the internet. You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, and learn more at aboutads.info. Ad content is the responsibility of the advertiser, not an endorsement by this site.
Third-party links and services
The site links to external profiles (GitHub, LinkedIn, Fiverr and others) and is hosted on Vercel with measurement via Google Analytics and Tag Manager. External sites operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Availability of the site is on a best-effort basis with no warranty of uninterrupted access.
Limitation of liability
Content is provided for general information, including tutorials and opinions from professional practice. It is not legal, financial or compliance advice for your specific situation. To the extent permitted by law, liability for reliance on site content is excluded; project liability, where work is commissioned, is governed by the written proposal and agreement for that project.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when the site or services change. The date below always reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
